Coaches
Your role as the MATHCOUNTS Hawaii coach is such an important one, but that doesn’t mean you need to know everything, be a math expert or treat coaching like a full-time job. Coaches have a unique opportunity to foster STEM skills and confidence in Hawaii’s middle schoolers.
Event Volunteers
MATHCOUNTS Hawaii could use volunteers for our annual events in hosting the MATHCOUNTS Hawaii Competitions. There are MATHCOUNTS competitions on each participating island, and a Hawaii state MATHCOUNTS competition in Honolulu. We need volunteers to setup, break down, emcee, serve lunch or refreshments, photograph and/or video the events, and more.
Educational Foundation
The Hawaii Society of Professional Engineers Educational Foundation is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization made up of engineers and volunteers who organize and host MATHCOUNTS Hawaii. We are looking for engineers interested in giving to our community in Hawaii.
